Gregory Nolan is a highly qualified and experienced surgeon, specialized in general surgery and colorectal surgery. His journey began at the University of Technology, Sydney, where he pursued a degree in biomedical science. Gregory graduated with flying colors, earning first-class honors, and was placed on the Dean’s merit list for his outstanding academic performance while also conducting research in electrophysiology. Later, he enrolled in the University of Newcastle to complete a Bachelor of Medicine, where again, he graduated with honors. Gregory’s interest in surgery took him to complete his general surgery training at the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in the Hunter New England Health District. After culmination, he was admitted as a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and went on to complete a general surgery fellowship at Gosford Hospital. His continuous strive for knowledge made him pursue training in colorectal surgery at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Adelaide and the Gold Coast University Hospital. He was later admitted as a member of the Colorectal Surgical Society of Australia and New Zealand. Today, Gregory is an integral part of the general surgery team at Healthscope.
