Dr Dominic Lunn

Dr Dominic Lunn is a highly esteemed radiation oncologist specialising in the treatment of various malignancies. He currently practices at the Icon Cancer Centre Gold Coast, Icon Cancer Centre Redland, and Icon Cancer Centre Greenslopes. Dr Lunn obtained his Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery degree with honors from the University of Queensland in 2000, where he excelled in molecular biology.

Following his graduation, Dr Lunn embarked on a career in medical research, both locally and internationally, for several years. In 2008, he began his training in radiation oncology and, in early 2012, was awarded a fellowship to the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (FRANZCR). Dr Lunn further honed his expertise in palliative care through a fellowship at the Mater Hospital in Brisbane, where he worked as a palliative care specialist and locum radiation oncologist.

In late 2013, Dr Lunn played a pivotal role in establishing the radiation oncology service at both the Icon Cancer Centre Gold Coast University Hospital and Icon Cancer Centre Redland. His extensive experience in medical research, palliative care, and radiation oncology has equipped him to deliver exceptional care to his patients at Icon Cancer Centre.
