Dr Ross Warner

Dr Warner is a highly skilled colorectal surgeon with a passion for minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures, non-cancerous and cancerous colorectal diseases, as well as pelvic floor disorders and faecal incontinence. He received his Bachelor of Medical Science and Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery with honours from the University of Sydney and then completed his surgical training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and Concord Hospitals. Additionally, Dr Warner holds a Masters of Surgery from the University of Sydney. After completing his training, Dr Warner underwent five years of practice in the field of colorectal surgery, including two years of specialist training at The Tweed Hospital and John Flynn Private Hospital.

Dr Warner is committed to advancing his field and is excited about the potential for robotic colorectal surgery to treat rectal cancer and complex pelvic floor disorders at John Flynn Hospital. He has a keen interest in teaching and is actively involved in the Griffith and Bond University teaching programs, as well as mentoring surgical registrars rotating through The Tweed Hospital.
