Dr Mark Thompson is a highly accomplished Gastroenterologist based in Benowa, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. He completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the University of NSW, followed by residency at the Royal North Shore Hospital in NSW. Dr Thompson then underwent physician training at the Royal Brisbane Hospital and Hornsby Hospital. To further enhance his expertise, Dr Thompson pursued gastroenterology training at the Prince of Wales Hospital, culminating in the award of Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Physicians.
