During this period, he specialised in ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography), a complex diagnostic procedure used in the evaluation and treatment of certain gastrointestinal conditions.
Dr Chakravarty's dedication to advancing medical science is evident in his extensive publication record, with over 35 articles published in peer-reviewed journals. His research and publications focus on various aspects of gastroenterology, including inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), ERCP, colonoscopy, and hepatology.
In addition to his medical expertise, Dr Chakravarty is fluent in Bengali, allowing him to effectively communicate with Bengali-speaking patients. He is a registered medical practitioner with the Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), holding the AHPRA number MED0001385490 since 2010.
