Since July 2002, she has been practicing in private and public healthcare on the Gold Coast, providing patients with in-depth consultations (up to 30 minutes for new patients and 15 minutes for reviews – or longer if needed), planned surgeries, and diligent post-surgical follow-up. Dr. Sprague is fluent in German and has attended additional training in sinus surgery and sialendoscopy (endoscopy of the salivary gland duct) in both Australia and Germany/Austria. Her practice is child-friendly, yet she enjoys treating both pediatric and adult conditions. As Chairman of ASOHNS Queensland (Australian Society of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery), Dr. Sprague operates at Pindara Private Hospital, Gold Coast Private Hospital, and Gold Coast University Hospital.
