Nathan Taylor

Dr Nathan Taylor is a dedicated medical professional, who holds specialist qualifications in both Pain Medicine and Anaesthesia. His educational journey began at the University of New South Wales, where he pursued his medicine degree and was awarded the John Flynn and RAMUS scholarships. Following this, he worked at several regional and metropolitan hospitals in NSW, gaining extensive experience in his field of expertise.

Apart from his clinical work in Australia, Dr Taylor has also spent time overseas providing medical and humanitarian care in developing countries. He completed his anaesthesia training at Nepean Hospital and went on to obtain his pain medicine qualifications at the prestigious Pain Management and Research Centre at Royal North Shore Hospital.

Currently, Dr Taylor practices as a specialist in pain medicine at Royal North Shore Hospital and as an anaesthetist at Nepean Hospital. He is a member of the International Association for the Study of Pain and the International Spine Intervention Society, highlighting his dedication to enhancing his professional knowledge and delivering the highest standards of care.

Dr Taylor's interests lie particularly in interventional procedures for back and neck pain, as well as the management of complex regional pain syndrome and neuropathic pain. He is known for his meticulous and compassionate approach to patient care, ensuring their wellbeing at all times. Patients can rely on him to provide evidence-based solutions and support throughout their health journey.
