Dr. Daniel Farbodmanesh is a Pain Management Specialist dedicated to assisting patients in living independently despite injuries, illnesses, acute or chronic pain, or other conditions that result in disability and functional limitations. He is a Fellow of the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine (AFRM) and serves as an assessor for workplace injuries, accepting referrals from general practitioners and the community.
Dr. Farbodmanesh consults at the Sydney Pain Management Centre and has admitting rights at The Hills Private and Campbelltown Private Hospitals. His areas of expertise include Chronic Pain Management, Pre- and Post-Surgical Pain Optimisation, Pain Rehabilitation Programs, and Neurological Pain Management. He also provides Medicolegal assessments.
He obtained his Rehabilitation Fellowship from the AFRM and underwent further training in Pain Medicine at the Faculty of Pain Medicine (ANZCA). His specialty training was completed at several prestigious institutions, including Royal North Shore, Prince of Wales, Royal Rehab, Westmead, and Ryde Hospitals, as well as The National Centre for Veterans Healthcare at Concord Hospital.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Farbodmanesh is actively involved in the training of pain medicine trainees and serves as a Fellowship Examiner with the Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. He is also a professional member of the Rehabilitation Medicine Society of Australia and New Zealand.
