Alan Nazha

With over a decade of experience as an Anaesthetist and Specialist Pain Physician, Dr Alan Nazha is a renowned expert in minimally invasive pain therapies. He is the co-founder of Sydney Pain Specialists and is affiliated with several private hospitals in Sydney, including Norwest Private Hospital, The Northern Beaches Hospital, The Sydney Adventist Hospital, and The Mater Hospital.

Dr Nazha completed his anaesthetic training and fellowship at Royal North Shore Hospital in 2011, earning a FANZCA qualification. He then pursued advanced training in Pain Medicine at The Royal North Shore Hospital, Concord Hospital, and Hunter Pain Clinic, ultimately receiving a merit in his pain medicine fellowship examinations (FFPMANZCA). Dr Nazha pursued further qualifications with a Fellowship in Interventional Pain Practice (FIPP), solidifying his reputation as a leading expert in the field.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr Nazha holds various leadership roles across Sydney hospitals. He currently serves as the Head of Pain Services and Chair of Medical Staff Council at Hornsby Hospital and as the Deputy Director of the Department of Anaesthesia and Pain Management Adviser to the Anaesthetic Executive Committee at Norwest Private Hospital.
