Dr Lee is a highly skilled Pain Medicine and Intensive Care Medicine specialist with a dual specialist fellowship. Currently, she holds appointments as a Pain Specialist at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and Chris O’Brien Lifehouse, as well as being a respected academic staff member at the Faculty of Medicine and Health at the University of Sydney. Dr Lee's expertise includes the management of pain related to trauma, degenerative conditions, joint and muscle pathology, women’s pain, neuro-immunological conditions, and cancer. Dr Lee's knowledge and experience have been honed through her work in the Department of Neurology, Department of Pain Management, and as a sports doctor for regional and national sporting events. With a strong focus on a holistic approach to pain management, Dr Lee believes in understanding the person behind the diagnosis and providing the best possible care to her patients, which includes medication management and interventional treatments. As a patient advocate, Dr Lee is dedicated to ensuring her patients receive the best available care. She is deeply involved in research and has presented at both national and international medical conferences. Dr Lee is also passionate about educating medical students and junior doctors to promote a greater understanding of pain management and treatment.
