Dr Terence Saxby

Dr Terence Saxby is an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of ankle and foot conditions. He has nearly 35 years of experience in his field and is currently practicing in Woody Point, Brisbane. Dr Saxby completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor in Surgery with First Class Honours from the University of Queensland in 1981.

After his basic training in Queensland, Dr Saxby undertook advanced training and achieved a Fellowship in foot and ankle surgery at Duke University Medical Centre and The Union Memorial Hospital. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) and served as the President of the Australian Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society from 1999 to 2003.

Dr Saxby has made valuable contributions to the research field, with over 40 peer-reviewed articles published. He remains actively involved in education and research, as his passion for these areas continues to grow.
