Dr Rhianna Miles

Dr Rhianna Miles is a highly accomplished nephrologist, who holds both a BSc in Biomedical Science and an MBBS degree from the University of Queensland. She completed her speciality training at multiple hospitals in Queensland and achieved her FRACP requirements in 2010.

Dr Miles has a particular interest in the diagnosis and management of chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and renal vasculitides. She gained additional expertise by working in a nephrologist-led interventional nephrology unit in Cairns and became one of Australia's few nephrologists competent in fistulagram and fistulaplasty/stent procedures.

Apart from her clinical work, Dr Miles is actively involved in medical education. She currently holds the position of Associate Lecturer in Medicine at the University of Queensland, where she plays an active role in training Basic Physician Trainees towards their RACP examinations as Director of Physician Education.

Dr Miles has a distinguished career and is highly respected in her field. Her expertise and dedication to patient care are evident in her work, and she is committed to advancing the knowledge and skills of future physicians.
