Dr Jane Waugh

Meet Dr Jane Waugh, a Nephrologist currently practicing at Nambour Selangor Private Hospital. Dr Waugh completed her medical degree at Monash University in Victoria, and following that, went on to complete basic physician and nephrology specialist training in Melbourne. She then pursued a fellowship in advanced nephrology in Vancouver, Canada.

With a firm knowledge and expertise in nephrology, Dr Waugh moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2017, where she started her journey as a consultant nephrologist in the Sunshine Coast public hospitals as well as Nambour Selangor Private Hospital. Dr Waugh's areas of interests include General Nephrology, Dialysis, Transplantation, and Renal Calculi. Her love for the field and providing exceptional care to her patients is what drives her day in and day out.

In her free time, Dr Waugh enjoys exploring the beautiful Sunshine Coast, indulging in outdoor activities, and cherishing quality time with her loved ones. She truly believes in the importance of work-life balance and advocates for it not just for herself but for everyone around her.
