Dr Timothy Edwards

Dr Timothy Edwards is a highly qualified Respiratory and Sleep Medicine specialist who received his medical degree from the University of Queensland in 2008. He has since completed his training at esteemed medical institutions such as the Princess Alexandra Hospital and Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. Dr Edwards holds a fellowship in Lung Cancer from the University Hospital of South Manchester, UK, and an Interventional Pulmonology fellowship from Glenfield Hospital, Leicester, UK.

One of Dr Edwards' key areas of interest is in lung cancer, where he has developed specific expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of lung nodules, bronchoscopy, EBUS, and pleural disease. He also has experience in the management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and interstitial lung disease.

As a Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland, Dr Edwards has published several articles in prestigious medical journals focusing on lung cancer and bronchoscopy.
