Dr Peter Hodgkinson is an experienced hepato-biliary and general surgeon who is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. He offers a comprehensive range of general surgical services at Greenslopes Private Hospital, with a particular focus on minor and major abdominal surgery, laparoscopic surgery, hernia repair, and skin and subcutaneous excisions.

Dr Hodgkinson completed his general surgical fellowship in Queensland in 2007 before embarking on further training in advanced laparoscopic surgery, hepatopancreatobiliary surgery, and liver transplantation. He spent four years training at prestigious institutions such as the Royal Brisbane Hospital, the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney, and hospitals in the United States, including the Jackson Memorial Hospital in Florida and the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio.
