Dr Nishath Altaf

Dr. Nishath Altaf is a distinguished Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon who has a proven track record of delivering exceptional care to his patients. Currently, he is based at Hollywood Hospital, where he uses his vast experience and knowledge to offer individualized treatment plans to those suffering from arterial and venous diseases. Dr. Altaf is also the Head of the Vascular Surgery Department at Royal Perth Hospital, where he leads a team of medical professionals and works towards enhancing the quality of medical care for patients.

Dr. Altaf did his graduation from the University of Manchester in the UK before attaining his PhD from the University of Nottingham with a focus on atherosclerotic disease. After his clinical fellowship at Royal Perth Hospital, he was awarded the prestigious Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS, Edinburgh) and the Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS). Dr. Altaf is also known for his active participation in educational and research programs. He is an Associate Professor at Curtin University and a Senior Lecturer at UWA, and has published over 40 peer-reviewed papers.
