Dr Brendan Stanley

Dr Brendan Stanley is a widely respected and highly sought-after member of the Vascular and Endovascular community, both locally and internationally. His impressive credentials include a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (BMBS) in 1987, followed by a fellowship in General Surgery in 1998 and a fellowship in Vascular Surgery in 2000, as awarded by The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.

Dr Stanley began his private practice as a consultant at Waverley House, St Andrews Hospital in Adelaide in 2001. In 2005, he took over the private practice at Mount Medical Centre in Perth, which was previously held by the renowned Dr Michael Lawrence-Brown. Over the years, Dr Stanley has also been a Visiting Consultant Vascular Surgeon at major hospitals such as Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Fremantle Hospital and Fiona Stanley Hospital. He currently operates at The Mount Hospital, St John of God Hospital (SJOG) Murdoch, and the Fiona Stanley Hospital.

Apart from providing clinical services, Dr Stanley also consults at Mount Medical Centre in Perth, as well as SJOG Murdoch Medical Centre and SJOG Mandurah Consulting Suites. He has extensive training and experience in Vascular and Endovascular surgery, and is a pioneer in the use of minimally invasive interventional surgical techniques for vascular diseases. These advanced techniques have resulted in shorter recovery periods and reduced morbidity and mortality rates in patients.
