A/Prof Michael Freeman

Dr Michael Freeman is an esteemed Dermatologist with over three decades of experience in the medical field. Currently, he serves as the principal Dermatologist at The Skin Centre, specialising in Cosmetic and Laser Dermatology. Dr Freeman holds a medical degree from The University of Queensland, which he obtained in 1979. Apart from his position at The Skin Centre, Dr Freeman is also the Director of Dermatology at the Gold Coast Hospital and a visiting Dermatologist at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane. Additionally, he is an Associate Professor of Dermatology at Bond University. Dr Freeman's membership with the Skin and Cancer Foundation of Queensland, as well as his international membership with the American Academy of Dermatology, is a testament to his expertise in the field. He is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists and has conducted over a dozen clinical trials. He has also educated other Dermatologists on the use of specialised lasers.
