Mr Jonathan Armstrong

Dr Jon Armstrong is a highly experienced and skilled Bariatric, General, and Endocrine surgeon practicing at the Hollywood Private Hospital. He has been working as a consultant surgeon since 2002 and has performed numerous successful bariatric procedures. In 2013, he established Advance Surgical and currently serves as the Medical Director, leading a team of friendly and experienced dieticians and psychologists in his practice.

Dr Armstrong’s expertise lies in sleeve gastrectomy, bypass surgery, laparoscopic andrenal surgery, and minimally invasive parathyroid and thyroid surgery. In addition, he specialises in endocrine surgery and general surgery, except breast and colorectal surgery.

Dr Armstrong obtained his medical degree from Oxford University in London, followed by a fellowship in General Surgery from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons after migrating to Perth in 1995. He completed a fellowship year in France as an Endocrine and Bariatric surgeon, further enhancing his knowledge and skills.
