Dr John Gavilan

Dr. John Gavilan is a psychiatrist with extensive experience in the field. He obtained his Bachelor of Medicine/ Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from the University of London, England. After completing his medical education, Dr. Gavilan went on to acquire Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists from The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists, Australia.

With fluency in English and Spanish, Dr. Gavilan is able to effectively communicate with a diverse range of patients. His broad skillset enables him to address a wide range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to ADHD, anxiety disorders, autism spectrum disorders, brain injury, complex trauma, depression, developmental disability, epilepsy, forensic evaluation, marital issues, obsessive-compulsive disorders, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, problem gambling, prolonged grief, sexual assault/abuse treatment, sexual disorders, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).
