Dr Hans Goossen is a highly skilled urological surgeon who provides comprehensive care for his patients. He has a wide range of expertise in men's health, including erectile dysfunction, penile implant surgery and Peyronie's disease, male infertility, penile and urethral reconstruction, prosthetic surgery, benign and malignant conditions of the penis and scrotum, and Gender/Sex Reassignment Surgery (FTM).
Dr Goossen received his MBBS and Physician's degree from the Catholic University of Nijmegen in the Netherlands in 1999. He completed his Surgery and Urology training in Brisbane, Australia, working at several major teaching hospitals. He gained proficiency in reconstructive surgery, laparoscopy, stone management, and uro-oncology. He continued his training at the Institute of Urology at University College Hospital in London, where he completed a two-year fellowship in Andrology. His main focus during this time was Peyronie's disease, erectile dysfunction and penile implant surgery, genital reconstruction, and gender surgery.
Dr Goossen is a member of several professional organisations, including the International Society of Sexual Medicine (ISSM), the European Society of Sexual Medicine (ESSM), the Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand (USANZ), the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS), and the European Association of Urology (EAU). He brings his extensive experience and knowledge to his patients, providing compassionate care and improved health outcomes.
