A/Prof Gregory Hockings

Dr Gregory Hockings, an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Queensland, obtained his M.D. degree in 1997 from the same university. His research thesis was focused on pituitary-adrenal function and disease. With his diversified experience and in-depth knowledge, he has co-authored close to 40 publications in peer-reviewed journals and presented over 90 conference abstracts. Dr Hockings is actively engaged in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and clinical research.

Dr Hockings is a distinguished member of the Endocrine Society of Australia as well as the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists. As a specialist of adult patients with endocrine disease, Dr Hockings has limited his practice to endocrinology. He no longer accepts new outpatient referrals for diabetes management. If you want to book an appointment, his rooms are available for contact on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday during regular business hours. On Fridays, his rooms are open during the morning hours.
