Dr. Nayef Alzahrani is a Saudi Arabian surgeon with extensive qualifications and experience in general surgery and surgical oncology. He earned his medical degree from the University of King Saud in 2003 and went on to complete his internship and residency in Saudi Arabia. Following this, he received three prestigious surgical fellowships: SB-GS, AB-GS (International), and FRACS (Australia). Dr. Alzahrani has a particular interest in the management of peritoneal surface malignancy and intraperitoneal chemotherapy, as well as gastro-intestinal cancers, ovarian cancer, and primary and metastatic liver cancer. He specializes in cytoreduction surgery and is skilled in general surgery procedures. Dr. Alzahrani has been an Assistant Professor of Surgery at The College of Medicine, IMISU, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia since 2011. He has been practicing as a Surgical Oncology and General Surgery Staff Specialist at St George Public Hospital since 2015. With over 700 cytoreductive surgeries and peritonectomy and HIPEC procedures under his belt since 2012, Dr. Alzahrani is a respected expert in his field. He is also active in medical education and clinical research, having published over 60 articles in the field of surgical oncology. Dr. Alzahrani’s vast experience and dedication to his practice make him a valued member of the healthcare community.
