Dr Rajan Prashar

Dr Rajan Prashar is an exceptionally skilled specialist in Cardiology and Nuclear Medicine, based in Greenslopes, Brisbane, Queensland. As the only Nuclear Cardiologist in the state, he brings a unique perspective to his field of practice. Dr Prashar's primary specialty is Cardiology, with a focus on general clinical and diagnostic cardiology, including procedures such as coronary angiography, echocardiography, stress myocardial perfusion scans, and CTCA.

Dr Prashar began his medical training at the Mater and Royal Brisbane Hospitals, before successfully passing the FRACP exams. He then went on to complete his Cardiology training at the prestigious John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle. Alongside his Cardiology training, Dr Prashar also specialised in Nuclear Medicine at both the John Hunter Hospital and the Royal Brisbane & Women's Hospital.

Currently, Dr Prashar practices Nuclear Medicine with Qld X-Ray at Greenslopes Private Hospital. With his extensive knowledge and skills, he provides exceptional care to his patients.
