Maged Bekheit is an experienced vascular surgeon with a special interest in endovenous varicose veins treatment. He offers LASER treatment, radiofrequency ablation, Clarivein, and Venaseal treatment, as well as injection sclerotherapy. Maged began his surgical career in New Zealand, where he qualified as a general surgeon. He then moved to Australia, where he has been practicing since 2007. He has gained extensive experience in open and endovascular surgery and has worked in tertiary centers in Brisbane from 2010–2014.
Maged has been in full-time private practice since 2014. He is currently a senior lecturer of surgery at the University of Queensland's medical school and also a vascular medical officer (VMO) at the North West Private Hospital, St. Andrew’s Private Hospital, Ipswich. He is also a member of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS), the Australian and New Zealand Society for Vascular Surgery (ANZSVS), and the International Society for Vascular Surgery (ISVS).
