Dr Yash Singbal

Dr. Yash Singbal is an experienced Interventional Cardiologist based in Ipswich, Australia. He is affiliated with Ipswich Cardiac Centre, St. Andrew’s Ipswich Private Hospital, and Princess Alexandra Hospital. Dr. Singbal completed advanced training in cardiology at Princess Alexandra Hospital and Royal Brisbane Hospital before pursuing an advanced fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, USA.

As an Interventional Cardiologist, Dr. Singbal specialises in performing both elective and emergency coronary interventions. His expertise includes acute infarct angioplasty, treatment of chronic total occlusions, and intracoronary imaging, primarily using the radial approach. In addition to coronary interventions, he is proficient in structural heart interventions, endovascular treatment of peripheral arterial disease, and renal denervation for hypertension.

Dr. Singbal is actively involved in research, with interests spanning clinical cardiology, coronary and structural heart disease intervention, and renal denervation for the management of resistant hypertension. He consistently publishes in and reviews articles for peer-reviewed medical and cardiology journals.

Alongside his research pursuits, Dr. Singbal has a passion for teaching. He serves as a Senior Lecturer in Medicine at the University of Queensland and mentors cardiology trainees, fellows, and medical students.
