Dr Kate Murray

Dr. Kate Murray is a accomplished General Practitioner and a Senior Lecturer of 4th Year Medical Students at James Cook University. She completed her graduation from The Australian National University in 2009 and secured her fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2014. Kate has an extensive experience of working as a General Practitioner in Melbourne and Cairns. She has gained expertise in all aspects of general practice including Emergency Medicine and Paediatrics. In addition to her university lectureship, Kate is also involved in teaching and mentoring young, aspiring doctors. Beyond her professional commitments, Kate enjoys spending her free time indulging in outdoor activities like hiking, running and walking her pet Labrador. Her passion for an active lifestyle reflects her dedication towards overall wellbeing and reinforces her expertise as a General Practitioner.
