With over 3 years of subspecialist fellowship training in Urogynaecology and Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) at prestigious institutions such as Monash Medical Centre in Melbourne and McGill University in Montreal, Canada, he has acquired extensive experience and expertise in treating pelvic floor dysfunction. Dr. Melon is certified in Urogynaecology (CU) by the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. He has also obtained Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG).
Throughout his career, Dr. Melon has had the opportunity to work and train in various countries, including Australia, Hong Kong, and Canada, which has provided him with a broad perspective on healthcare practices. He is fluent in both English and French, further enhancing his ability to communicate effectively with his patients.

Currently, Dr. Melon holds a public appointment as a Urogynaecologist at Gold Coast University Hospital and Queensland Pelvic Mesh Service. He also consults privately at Greenslopes Private Hospital in Brisbane and Pindara Private Hospital in Gold Coast.
