Dr Cillian Suiter

Dr. Cillian Suiter is a highly qualified Pain Specialist and Anaesthesiologist with extensive training in Ireland and Australia. He began his academic journey studying engineering at Trinity College Dublin before pursuing medicine at University College Dublin, where he graduated in 2013. Dr. Suiter also holds a post-graduate diploma in Patient Safety and Healthcare Simulation from the National University of Ireland Galway, a Certificate in Clinical Research from Harvard University, and a master’s degree in Leadership from the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland. Dr. Suiter completed his specialist anaesthesia training in Ireland, followed by two years of specialist fellowship training at Tallaght University Hospital, St. Vincent’s University Hospital, and the Mater University Hospital. During this period, he excelled in the Fellowship of the Faculty of Pain Medicine of Ireland examination, earning a gold medal for his outstanding performance. His passion for interdisciplinary pain management led him to complete a one-year fellowship with Associate Prof. Marc Russo and Dr. Willem Volschenk at Hunter Pain Specialists, where he gained advanced expertise in pain management techniques and state-of-the-art multidisciplinary care. In April 2023, Dr. Suiter was awarded the Australian Fellowship in Pain Medicine (FFPMANZCA). He continues to apply his extensive knowledge and experience in providing comprehensive pain management solutions to patients.
