Dr Kaivan Vaidya

Dr. Kaivan Vaidya is a highly accomplished Cardiologist with a distinguished career in the medical field. He obtained his undergraduate medical degree with Honours from UNSW and completed his resident medical officer training at Prince of Wales Hospital. Dr. Vaidya then embarked on advanced training in Cardiology at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, followed by a 2-year Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at the same hospital.

In addition to his medical degrees, Dr. Kaivan Vaidya holds a Master of Medicine in Clinical Epidemiology from Sydney University. He is a prolific researcher and has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals on the topic of atheroinflammation in coronary artery disease, including potential pharmacological modulators of this process. His research has garnered recognition from the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand, leading to a nomination for the prestigious Ralph Reader Prize in 2017.
