Dr Charles Armstrong

Dr. Charles Armstrong is a highly skilled and experienced consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist, based in Midland, Perth, Western Australia. With a career spanning more than a decade, he has established himself as an expert in women's reproductive health.

Dr. Armstrong obtained his medical degree from Leicester Medical School, England, and went on to complete comprehensive specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology in various esteemed institutions across England, Scotland, and New Zealand. His dedication to his field led him to undertake a fellowship year in Perth, further enhancing his expertise.

For over 10 years, Dr. Armstrong has been an integral part of King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH), where he has played a vital role in delivering quality care to women in need. While at KEMH, he has focused primarily on gynaecological services, providing a range of specialised treatments and procedures.

Currently, Dr. Armstrong serves as the Head of Department Obstetrics and Gynaecology at St John of God Mount Lawley Hospital, where he runs his private practice. His practice encompasses all aspects of obstetric care, ensuring the well-being of expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy journey. Additionally, he offers a comprehensive gynaecological service that includes resolving menstrual disorders and performing advanced laparoscopic surgeries for conditions such as endometriosis and adnexal pathology. Dr. Armstrong is also known for his expertise in total laparoscopic hysterectomy, incontinence, prolapse surgery, and Tubal ligation.
