Dr Kalilur Anvardeen

Dr Kalilur (Kalil) Anvardeen is a highly skilled and experienced cardiologist based in Midland, Perth, Western Australia. With a special interest in non-invasive cardiac testing, transesophageal echocardiography including 3D imaging, valvular heart disease, and research in 3D echocardiography, he offers comprehensive and advanced cardiac care to his patients.

Dr Anvardeen obtained his medical degree (MBBS) from India in 2003. Prior to commencing his physician training at Royal Perth Hospital in 2006, he gained valuable experience as a senior house medical officer in various hospitals in India and also at Barnsley General District Hospital in the UK.

His commitment to excellence led him to complete three years of advanced cardiology training at Sir Charles Gairdner and Royal Perth Hospitals in 2013. During this time, Dr Anvardeen honed his skills and gained extensive knowledge in diagnosing and treating various cardiovascular conditions.

To further enhance his expertise in echocardiography, Dr Anvardeen pursued a specialised fellowship in echocardiography at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. This additional training allowed him to become proficient in using advanced imaging techniques to assess heart function and diagnose complex cardiac conditions.

Driven by his passion for research and advancements in cardiac imaging, Dr Anvardeen embarked on another fellowship in advanced echocardiography at the North America's Centre of Excellence and the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. During this fellowship, he had the opportunity to work closely with world experts in the field, further expanding his knowledge and skills in echocardiography.

In addition to English, Dr Anvardeen is fluent in Hindi, Kannada, and Tamil, making him accessible to a diverse range of patients. He strives to provide compassionate and personalized care, ensuring that each patient receives the best possible treatment for their individual needs.
