Dr Tony Palasovski

Dr Tony Palasovski is a highly experienced oncoplastic breast surgeon, providing an exceptional breast surgical service in Wollongong. He has a passion for delivering multidisciplinary breast care and utilising superior surgical techniques. Having completed his surgical fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2011, Dr Palasovski went on to pursue prestigious fellowships in general and oncoplastic breast surgery at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. This experience establishes Dr Palasovski as an authority in the management of complex breast cancer and developed a comprehensive skill set. Throughout his career, Dr Palasovski has worked as a VMO, general and oncoplastic breast surgeon, specialising in the assessment and treatment of breast cancer with a specific interest in breast conserving surgery. He is also well versed in breast implant surgery including en bloc capsulectomy and implant removal in women with complex implant related issues. Dr Palasovski is the founder and current supervisor of the prestigious Post Fellowship Training in Breast Surgery in Wollongong, one of few positions available in New South Wales. He firmly believes in the importance of access to a comprehensive breast service for all patients, with a focus on early diagnosis, excisional surgery and implant-based reconstructive surgery.
