Dr Steven Hatcher

Dr Steven Hatcher is an Orthopaedic Surgeon specializing in surgery of the foot, ankle, and knee. He is a member of the Queensland Combined Orthopaedic Group (QCOS) and has been practicing at the Wesley since 2010.

Dr Hatcher obtained his medical degree at the University of Leeds, UK, in 1995. He began his surgical training in England, where he became a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and of Edinburgh in 2000. In 2001, he relocated to Brisbane and continued his specialist orthopaedic training.

In January 2009, Dr Hatcher was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. He has a keen interest in disorders of the foot, ankle, and knee and specializes in surgical correction of deformities, arthroscopic surgery, ligament reconstruction, as well as ankle and knee joint replacement.
