Dr Philip Rowell

Dr. Philip Rowell is an Orthopaedic Surgeon specializing in Hip and Knee replacement surgery, as well as bone and soft-tissue tumor surgery. Raised in Brisbane's western suburbs, Dr. Rowell completed his undergraduate Science degree in 2003 before successfully completing postgraduate medicine through the University of Queensland in 2008. He concluded his Orthopaedic training in Queensland in 2018 and was awarded a Fellowship of The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS). Dr. Rowell further honed his skills through additional subspecialty fellowship training at the prestigious Mount Sinai Hospital and Princess Margaret Cancer Centre in Toronto. Dr. Rowell prioritizes honesty, collegiality, and accountability in his professional practice and aims to be seen by patients as approachable, thorough, and understanding.
