David Schlect is a greatly respected Radiation Oncologist based in Auchenflower, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. With a primary focus on the management of stereotactic radiosurgery, Dr Schlect brings extensive expertise to his field. He obtained his MBBS from the University of Queensland in 1979 and completed his residency training at the renowned Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. Subsequently, he pursued specialised training in Radiation Oncology at St Vincent's Hospital in Sydney.
Since becoming a qualified Radiation Oncologist, Dr Schlect has made significant contributions to medical care in Queensland. In 1990, he returned to his home state and accepted a position at the Wesley Cancer Care Centre, which is now known as Premion. Dr Schlect holds the prestigious title of Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists, a testament to his dedication and expertise in the field.
