Dr McGinness is a highly skilled ENT surgeon with diversified experience both inside and outside of his home country, Australia. He pursued his undergraduate studies at the renowned University of Adelaide and continued with his internship and residency at Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney, where he was trained under top-ranked medical professionals. Following this, he pursued his Fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons ENT Training Scheme, acquiring advanced-level training through five years of rigorous education.
Dr McGinness's quest for excellence led him to further his education through overseas training in the UK, where he worked at the prestigious Gloucestershire Royal Hospitals NHS Trust. During this time, he developed profound knowledge and expertise in the management of complicated middle ear disorders, including minimally invasive (keyhole) surgical techniques and laser cholesteatoma surgery, under the guidance of Mr John Hamilton and Mr Matthew Clark.
