Mr Michael Wu

With over 15 years of experience in the medical field, Dr. Michael Wu is a highly skilled vascular and endovascular surgeon who specialises in dialysis surgery and renal transplantation. He earned his medical degree from Flinders University in 2002 and went on to receive extensive training in traditional and minimally invasive techniques for managing arterial and venous disease by working in major teaching hospitals across Sydney, Melbourne, Geelong, and Cambridge UK.

During his training, Michael conducted research in diabetic arterial disease, which was partly funded by scholarships from the National Health and Medical Research Council of Australia (NHMRC) and the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. He is committed to using the latest minimally invasive techniques when appropriate and providing patient-focused care by taking the time to ensure his patients fully understand their condition and required treatments.

Dr. Wu values patient education and believes in empowering patients to play an active role in their healthcare decisions. He is always available to answer patients' questions and believes in keeping referring doctors informed of their patients' care through timely communication of any treatment plans.
