With a specific interest in medical devices, faints, and dyspnoea, Dr Jones performs a wide range of electrophysiology procedures, with a particular expertise in atrial fibrillation ablation. He also leads the Device Check services at our facility, where he specialises in pacemakers, cardiac defibrillators, and implantable loop recorders. Additionally, Dr Jones is the leading expert in our Blackouts & Faints Clinic. Having acquired extensive experience in the field of cardiac electrophysiology, cardiac device implantation, and complex ablation, Dr Jones has practiced at esteemed healthcare institutions such as the Royal Jubilee Hospital in British Columbia, Canada, and the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, UK. Throughout his career, he has actively been involved in various clinical research studies concentrated on ablation and cardiac resynchronization device therapy. Dr Jones is a Visiting Medical Officer affiliated with the Royal North Shore Private Hospital and holds a membership with the prestigious Royal Australian College of Physicians.
