Dr. Kuhendra Balakrishnan, also known as Dr. Bala, is a highly trained Cardiologist and General Physician with expertise in cardiac imaging. He earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the prestigious University of Melbourne in Australia in 2008. Dr. Balakrishnan further pursued his advanced training in Cardiology and General Medicine at the renowned Austin Hospital in Heidelberg and Launceston General Hospital in Tasmania.

Driven by his passion for non-invasive cardiac imaging, Dr. Balakrishnan completed a fellowship program focused on echocardiography and cardiac CT at Monash Heart. With his extensive training and experience, he is proficient in various cardiac imaging techniques, including transthoracic echocardiography (TTE), stress echocardiography, transoesophageal echocardiography (TOE), CT coronary angiography (CTCA), and CT calcium score.
