Mr Simon Holland

After completing their medical degree at Monash University, Mr. Holland pursued fellowships at the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. They also gained expertise in upper limb sports medicine in Calgary, Canada, and in Ilizarov limb reconstruction in Lecco, Italy. Their commitment to continuous learning is demonstrated by their participation in shoulder and elbow workshops across the globe, including in the USA, UK, and Sweden.

Mr. Holland is an active member of various professional organizations, such as the Australian Orthopaedic Association, Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, Australian Society of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and Australian Medical Association. They hold appointments at the Austin and Repatriation Medical Centre and have visiting rights at St. Vincent's Private Hospital East Melbourne, Glenferrie Private Hospital Hawthorn, St. Vincent's Private Hospital Kew, and Ringwood Private Hospital Ringwood East. Mr. Holland also consults at St. Vincent's Private Consulting Suites, Alphington Sports Medicine, Sunbury Private Hospital, Ringwood Private Hospital, and Swan Hill Medical Group.

Beyond their professional accomplishments, Mr. Holland enjoys engaging in various adventure activities. They have a passion for cycling, rock climbing, ice climbing, and mountain climbing. In fact, they successfully climbed Mt. Everest in 2008 and have journeyed to the North Pole through walking. Sailing and cave diving are also hobbies that provide Mr. Holland with fulfillment.

In addition to their successful career, Mr. Simon Holland is a married individual with four children. They serve as an inspiration to those aspiring to achieve a harmonious balance between their professional and personal lives.
