Dr Rinku Rayoo

Dr Rinku Rayoo is a highly skilled and experienced Cardiologist, specialising in Cardiac Imaging. He is based in Ringwood East, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. With a strong background in the field, Dr Rayoo possesses a deep understanding of cardiovascular health and is dedicated to providing exceptional care to his patients.

Dr Rayoo completed his medical training and earned his MBBS and MD degrees. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) and a Member of the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand (CSANZ). Furthermore, he holds Level 2 SCMR accreditation for cardiac MRI and a Level A ANZCTCA accreditation for cardiac CT.

With a particular interest in cardiac imaging, Dr Rayoo has achieved notable accolades in this field. He has extensive experience in various cardiac investigations, including transthoracic echocardiography (TTE), stress echocardiography, transoesophageal echocardiography (TOE), CT coronary angiography (CTCA), calcium scoring, and Cardiac MRI. His research interests include coronary stent thrombosis, echocardiographic diagnosis, acute stent thrombosis, left main coronary artery dissection in pregnancy, hypersensitivity in stent thrombosis, and the use of intra-coronary optical coherence tomography.
