Dr Yu holds the following qualifications: Bachelor of Medicine from the University of Newcastle in 2006, as well as the FRACS (Fellowship of the Australian College of Surgeons) and FAOrthA (Fellow of the Australian Orthopaedic Association), both obtained in 2014.
In addition to his expertise in orthopaedic surgeries, Dr Yu is fluent in Chinese Mandarin and is able to communicate with patients in this language. He is experienced in performing various knee procedures such as primary, complex, and revision knee replacements, arthroscopic knee surgery, and sports knee surgery. Dr Yu also has extensive knowledge and skill in performing hip replacement surgeries, including primary, complex, and revision procedures.
