Dr Parker's interests lie specifically in knee surgeries, focusing on sports injuries, ligament reconstruction, realignment surgery and cartilage transplantation, and knee replacement surgery. His expertise also includes non-surgical management of knee arthritis.

Dr Parker is internationally recognized as an expert in knee joint disorders and surgery. His research interests are in computer-assisted and robotic knee replacement surgery, ligament reconstruction surgery, and sports injuries. Dr Parker has published over 100 articles in respected orthopedic journals.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr Parker serves as a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Sydney. He is an active member of international orthopedic and sports medicine organizations, including APKASS and ISAKOS. He has held leadership positions in these organizations and continues to contribute to the advancements in orthopedic surgery.
