He has successfully treated conditions such as shoulder dislocations and labral tears, biceps tendonitis, SLAP tears, shoulder impingement, rotator cuff tears, arthritic conditions of the shoulder joint, and fractures of the shoulder and clavicle.

To address these conditions, Dr Pant performs various procedures, including arthroscopic labral repair and SLAP repair, the Latarjet procedure, biceps tenodesis, subacromial decompression and acromioplasty, rotator cuff repair, AC joint resection, total shoulder replacement, reverse shoulder replacement, and open reduction and internal fixation of proximal humerus fractures and clavicle fractures. His expertise also extends to acromioclavicular joint stabilization.
