Dr Jodi Croft

Dr. Jodi Croft is a vastly experienced Obstetrician and gynaecologist based in Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia. She obtained her medical degree from the University of Sydney after completing an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of Wollongong and a degree in Business Accounting from Charles Sturt University. Prior to her medical career, Dr. Croft worked as a qualified Chartered Accountant for Ernst & Young Finance.

Driven by her passion for Japanese culture and language, Dr. Croft pursued the study of the Japanese language in university and secured a scholarship to study at a Japanese university. She lived and worked in Japan for two years before returning to Wollongong to begin her medical training at St George Hospital in Kogarah, specialising in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She furthered her training at The Wollongong Hospital.

Dr. Croft has a special interest in obstetrics, general gynecology, and laparoscopic surgery, including hysterectomy. She completed her fellowship in advanced gynecology and laparoscopic surgery under the guidance of Dr. Greg Robertson, a renowned Gynecological Oncologist. Additionally, she has received further training in robotic laparoscopic surgery, enhancing her skills and expertise in minimally invasive procedures.

Currently, Dr. Croft offers her services through a private clinic at Gerringong medical center three Fridays per month, catering to patients from further down the coast. Committed to patient safety, she shares weekend and on-call duties with Dr. Pip Gale.

Outside of her professional achievements, Dr. Jodi Croft is a devoted mother of three boys and two stepsons. Her family keeps her engaged and active outside of work. With her wealth of experience, specialised skills, and unwavering dedication to women's health, Dr. Jodi Croft strives to provide the highest quality care to all her patients.
