Dr Ivan Astori

Dr Ivan Astori is an Australian-trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in adult lower limb and pediatric orthopaedics. With extensive experience and expertise in reconstructive surgery of the hip and knee, Dr Astori is passionate about utilizing techniques such as osteotomies to avoid joint replacements. He has established himself as a leading expert in knee and hip replacement surgeries, incorporating modern approaches like robotics for optimal outcomes.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr Astori is a certified surgeon educator for the CORI Robotic Knee Platform. He has a particular interest in the treatment of athletes and is actively involved in research and education in this field. His expertise extends to adolescent knee ligament reconstruction, including procedures such as ACL, PCL, and meniscal injuries.
