As a dedicated Orthopaedic Surgeon based in Queensland, Dr. Nicholas Jorgensen has extensive experience and specialized expertise in several areas of orthopaedics. His interests and skills include primary and revision arthroplasty, limb reconstruction, pelvic and general trauma, and foot and ankle surgery. Dr. Jorgensen has undergone rigorous training, including an in-training clinical fellowship at the renowned Shriners Hospital for Children in Portland, USA, and post-fellowship training at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in complex trauma and limb reconstruction surgery. He has also gained valuable experience in foot and ankle reconstruction surgery during his training at Prince of Wales Hospital in Sydney. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Jorgensen holds a public appointment at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, where he devotes himself to providing the highest quality of care. He is also an associate lecturer at the University of Queensland, demonstrating his commitment to sharing his knowledge and expertise with future orthopaedic surgeons.
