Dr Hansoo Lee

Dr Hansoo Lee is a highly trained specialist in Vascular and Endovascular Surgery with expertise in a wide range of vascular conditions, with a special interest in minimally invasive treatment options. He holds appointments at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital, Sydney Adventist Hospital and Norwest Private Hospital. After completing vascular training in centres of excellence throughout Sydney, Australia, Dr Lee pursued fellowships in complex aortic aneurysm at the Mayo Clinic in the USA, and in advanced peripheral endovascular reconstruction at Policlinico Abano Terme in Italy. Following this, he served as a consultant vascular surgeon at Cambridge University Hospitals in the United Kingdom, spearheading the endovascular peripheral arterial and complex aortic service in one of the highest volume aortic services in England. Upon returning to Sydney, Australia, he has established a practice that is driven by his passion to integrate the skills and experiences gained from his work locally and overseas to his contemporary and personalised patient care. Dr Lee's special interests include minimally invasive endovascular surgery, peripheral arterial disease, varicose veins and deep venous disease, carotid arterial disease, aneurysms, arteriovenous fistula access and spinal access surgery. With his diverse range of experiences and interest, Dr Lee has the expertise to diagnose and treat a wide variety of vascular conditions. In addition to his medical training and qualifications, Dr Lee is fluent in both English and Korean, allowing him to effectively communicate with patients from diverse backgrounds. He believes in delivering patient-centered care and ensuring that each individual receives the highest standard of treatment and attention.
