Dr Daniel Judge is a Sleep, Respiratory and General Physician who graduated from the University of Queensland. He completed his Sleep and Respiratory Fellowship at the Royal Brisbane Hospital and the Prince Charles Hospital in Brisbane. Moreover, he completed Sleep Medicine and Respiratory Failure fellowship training at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and Woolcock Institute of Medical Research in Sydney. Dr Judge is also a clinical researcher affiliated with the Woolcock Institute of Medical Research and the University of Sydney, with a special interest in sleep medicine. As a Consultant Physician, he works at the Cairns Hospital, Cairns Private Hospital, Hillcrest Rockhampton Private Hospital, and the Woolcock Institute of Medical Research in Sydney. Furthermore, he is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of sleep and breathing disorders, including obstructive sleep apnea, snoring, insomnia, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and chronic cough. Having extensive experience working in Far North Queensland and the Northern Territory has given him unique expertise in Indigenous health and the provision of specialty services in rural and remote areas. Dr Judge collaborates with Dr Kerri Melehan, a senior sleep scientist from the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. Dr. Melehan also lectures at the University of Sydney's Master of Sleep Medicine course, and she serves as the president of the Australasian Sleep Technologist Association. From June 2022, Dr. Judge will provide a comprehensive diagnostic service and management of sleep and breathing problems at the Hillcrest Rockhampton Private Hospital.
